  I grew up in Damascus and was excited when Dunkin Donuts arrived... It started out decent but went downhill very quickly. Today was the last straw. I pull up to the drive thru, order my breakfast and pull up to the window. The middle eastern man who works the drive thru every day says the total, I show him a coupon on my Dunkin app and he looks at me like I'm a 6 headed dragon. I ask what the problem is... He says what is this coupon, I say it for a free drink... He says, "not for soda" and then gives me a dumb look like I'm supposed to know that. I tell the guy never mind on the drink then but then I tell him never mind and just leave because I'm disgusted with his attitude, and this is not the first time the same guy gives me attitude. So I place a call and ask for the manager, whoever picked up the phone said she was the manager, I told her the story and her solution was to have me come in and she will give me free stuff... I don't want your free stuff, I want you to reprimand the jerk you have working the drive thru, but that probably won't happen. I could barely understand the manager, her English was so broken. I usually go to Dunkin Donuts 3-4 times per week, well guess who is not going to this Dunkin anymore... That's right, ME. I pass 5 Dunkin donuts on my way to work, I will just have to stop at one of those and see if their people are any nicer. Based off of the reviews and the fact this same guy runs the drive thru every morning since they have opened... Someone should look into fixing this guys attitude because it's driving business away. Never again will I spend a single penny at this location. My next step will be calling corporate and trying to contact the franchisee.
